Privacy Policy

CakeQuote Pro ("the app", "we", "us") is a pricing and quoting calculator for home bakers and small bakeries. The app is offline-first and account-free: all of your business data is created and kept on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data, and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The app has no user accounts and sends none of your data to us. Everything you enter is stored only in the app's private storage on your device, including:

• Business profile — business name, contact name, phone, email, address, and quote terms.
• Ingredients, suppliers, recipes, products, supplies, overhead, and pricing settings.
• Customer quotes you create — customer name and contact, dates, line items, notes, and totals.
• App preferences such as currency, units, and your purchase/unlock status.

Because this data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app deletes it permanently. We hold no copy and cannot recover it for you.

2. No analytics or tracking

The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it does not send crash reports or usage data to us or to any third party. There are no advertising identifiers and no cross-app tracking.

3. Files you export or share

You can generate JSON backups, CSV files, and PDF or image quotes. These are created only when you choose to export or share them, and they are handled entirely by your device and whatever app or service you send them to (for example email, messaging, cloud storage, or a printer). Exported files contain your business data, so share them only with people you trust.

4. Photo access

If you use the receipt-import feature, the app asks for permission to let you pick a photo from your device. The image is used only on your device to help you review the items; nothing is uploaded, and reviewed rows are saved only after you confirm them.

5. Purchases

The optional one-time Pro unlock is processed by the app store you installed from — Google Play Billing on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. The store handles the transaction and any payment details under its own privacy policy; we never receive your payment card information. The app stores only your resulting unlock status locally. 6. Data security

Your data is kept in the app's private, sandboxed storage on your device. We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock and keeping any exported backup files somewhere secure.

7. Children

CakeQuote Pro is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children.

8. Your choices

• Edit or delete any of your data in the app at any time.
• Export a backup before changing or resetting devices.
• Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here, with a revised "Last updated" date.
